  • Execute all essential functions of the Office, including coordinating grocery shopping, daily lunch and dinner runs, and handling deliveries and pickups.

  • Managing general errands as needed, maintaining tidy common areas, and stocking the kitchen, bathrooms, and stationery supplies.

  • Manage the front of house, including receptionist duties such as greeting guests, routing calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks: maintaining staff contact information, monitoring general office expenses, tracking birthdays and work anniversaries, and coordinating with other departments for staff onboarding and offboarding.

  • Participate in planning and execution of company events, from weekly lunches to larger-scale events and retreats (both on- and off-site), including creative ideation, research and logistics.

  • Manage building maintenance and facilities; including liaising with outside vendors, coordinating appointments and managing technicians when they are on site.

  • Communicate with staff regarding office policies and procedures and ensures they are implemented appropriately.

  • Support the Producing team with client gifting throughout the year, related to projects, holidays and other occasions.

Finish Assistant Editor, Social & Sports

Offline media management, including:

Creative Director, Social/Digital

We’re looking for an exceptional Creative Director, Social / Digital with a strong leadership skill set, ready to bring their talent and heart to the team at Motive.  As a Creative Director, you’ll work alongside company leadership in running some of the most striking and memorable social campaigns in the industry. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at managing and growing relationships with both clients and internal team members; has intimate experience with the creative process and a proven ability to shape outstanding social campaign work. 

+ WHAT YOU’ll BRING 

  • An absolute passion for storytelling and the creative process; you have an ear for music, an eye for strong editorial and a drive to create something special. A background in editorial or art direction is a must. 

  • An experienced creative perspective and ability to concept and execute Theatrical / TV / Streaming Campaigns for Digital. You have knowledge and interest in multiple genres, are comfortable taking creative risks and stay consistently curious and open to new ideas.

  • High level client relationship skills, including an ability to attune to different people and easily anticipate project needs. You communicate client feedback effectively to creative teams and exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and grace under pressure. An ability to generate new business is a plus.

  • Leading all creative aspects of digital campaigns running concurrently, from concept origination through post production, across Social, Digital, Brand and more. Custom shoot production experience a plus.

  • Guiding and shaping creative work to the highest standards while collaborating effectively across multiple departments; including editorial, copy, motion graphics, music and finishing teams.

  • Develops written concepts and copy across multiple projects, primarily digital but not exclusively. 

  • Responsible for the execution of pitch decks, including; setting of project tone and/or vision, reference titles, mood boards, written concepts, mock ups, experiential concepts, special shoot concepts and any other executions requested by the client and/or agreed upon by the internal creative team. 

  • Participates in client calls, client pitches and presentations. 

  • Works with Social Coordinator in staying on deadline for projects and in assessing project needs and how to allocate available resources. 

  • Consults with Producers and Creative Directors regularly on project status and resource allocation.
