Motive is seeking social-savvy motion graphics and production design freelancers to partner with our team in the execution of varying and specialized campaign creative materials. The ideal candidate brings a strong creative perspective and passion for Social/Digital, with a flair for standout visuals and design.

• Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe and Google Creative Suite is a must. Premiere, 3D, and Illustration abilities a plus.
• Skill-sets in motion design and animation, production and graphic design, typography and logo design with the ability to ideate and think conceptually in the social/digital space.
• A flexible, collaborative mindset to receive feedback and try alternate approaches.
• An ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Comfort with trends and creative formats within the Digital and Social Media landscape.
